How much is shipping?
For non-rural New Zealand addresses, tracked shipping for purchases from the online store is $5. Shipping to rural addresses is available upon request. Bespoke signage and stationery orders are quoted with shipping fees (typically between $10-20).
When should I order my signs?
If your wedding or event date is between October and April, I advise placing an order several months ahead due to high demand. Get in touch early if you’d like to discuss ideas for your signs. Even if you don’t yet know the exact details to go on the signs but know that you’d like SOL to make them, secure your booking and we can start to work on those details together.
I don’t have all the names for the seating chart yet, how should I order one?
That’s okay! Secure your booking and arrange a date with us for you to provide the guest list.
When will I receive my signs?
Bespoke and made-to-order signage & stationery will be with you two to three weeks before your wedding day, unless otherwise arranged. Orders of signage and stationery from the online ‘semi-custom’ store have lead times detailed in their respective product descriptions.
Do you accept last minute orders?
Not always, unfortunately! I will do my best to help using available stock and time. It depends on the items requested and on-hand stock, but I will always do my best to help. I suggest getting in contact via chat on Facebook or Instagram if you have a rush order – an additional fee may apply.
When should I order my invitations?
Please allow at least five weeks for the invitations to be designed, printed, and delivered. This also applies for bespoke digital invitations.
Do I get to see the design before you make it?
Absolutely! I send proofs of the designs for your approval before I start making them.
When should I order my ribbon?
Please allow five working days for delivery of ribbon.

Bespoke Enquiry
If you are after a quote, please provide as much detail as possible on what pieces you’re after, how many, and what style you’d like (i.e. clear acrylic, white acrylic, wood, print) along with text colour too. If you aren’t sure of these details, that’s okay! We are happy to chat through some options with you.
